Speaking and Training
In developing Happiness and Work Life Balance there are many facets to explore. These facets can be discussed in brief segments in a single speech, a more in depth discussion in half a day or day, and in a training course that could be weekly, monthly or quarterly.
The topics can all be included or they can be mixed. Learning a businesses objectives and taking into account specific interests or training that has already occurred can influence the chosen subject matter.
As a life long coach, I bring the view of encouraging behaviors. My first career was coaching real estate people as both an office and regional manager in the highly competitive West Los Angeles market. Since I have become a Certified Health Coach, a Personal Trainer, and Life Style Coach.
